TAN SRI DATUK SERI BORHAN BIN DOLAH - CHAIRMAN
He was appointed as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of Datasonic Group Berhad and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Hartford. With over 35 years of distinguished service in the public sector, he has held several high-ranking positions, including Director-General of the Public Services Department and Secretary-General of the Ministry of Rural Development. He also has represented the Government on various boards and committees, such as the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Board and the Board of Directors of FELCRA Asset Management. He currently serves in several key advisory and leadership roles, including Chairman of the Consultation and Corruption Prevention Panel of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Chairman of the Panel of Experts Committee under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

MR. OZAIRI BIN OTHMAN - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER
He’s also a founder of OZ-OIL brand’s and trademark and as a lead company as Malaysian local private Oil Company and has 18 years’ experience in oil trading business. He has brought the company and the subsidiaries up to what it is today. Mr. Ozairi has developed his entrepreneurial skills to venture into oil trading market and spearhead OZ-OIL brand to a level at par with oil majors today. His technical knowhow in Petroleum Blending generated the blending formula and hands-on experience in bunkering and an international operation has enhanced OZ75 efficiency in catering to demands of various types of products demand. He also currently develops Indonesian markets and planning for expanding OZ75's technology in Petroleum productions and blending as well as markets distributions with a Consignment Stockist programme in entire of Indonesian provinces. Ozairi holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Polytechnic Sultan Ahmad Shah, Pahang.

MR. ZULFAKRI BIN ABDUL RASHID - CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER & CO FOUNDER
He is the person in charge in all OZ75 operational with 15 years experiences with the group of companies and also a Director in OZ75. He assists the Group CEO with the day-to-day running of the operation. He holds Dip. in Injection Moulding from UTM Skudai, Johor and has more than 15 years of experience in the downstream operations and marine industry in bunkering and cargo loadings. He was also responsible for Supply Chain activities mostly on transportation and logistics for deliveries.

MR. ZULKIFLI AHMAD - CHIEF CORPORATE STRATEGY & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
He brings a 27 years of experience in strategic leadership, operational excellence and innovation, with extensive role of strategic corporate adviser position with Datasonic Berhad a prominent security-based ICT solutions with track record national projects. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from University Tun Abdul Razak. He also a globally Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) it signifies a high level of expertise in leadership including financial management, entrepreneurship and human development. His wealth of governance knowledge, leadership and extensive experience will be invaluable as we continue to drive impactful initiatives and strengthen our presence.

MR. ISMADI BIN ISMAIL - CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
He holds professional Diploma Entrepreneurship and Business Management, UMCCed, University Malaya and offers support in business development with measurable outcomes. Ismadi’s available for Sales & Marketing training and organizing events & projects, as well as private consultations based on his experience as Private Secretary to Deputy Minister of MoHR. He is having vast experiences in dealing with all level of Government agencies and authorities and not limit to Corporate clients.

YM TENGKU AHMAD RADZMAN BIN YM TENGKU DATO’ HJ. ISKANDAR ABU BAKAR - Company Advisor
He’s a law graduate from Wolverhampton University UK, has been in financial and investment banking sector for the last 18 years. He has extensive experience as an Investment Analyst (1996 –2000) in Kuala Lumpur City Securities, Management Consultant International Consulting Company (2000 – 2002) and as a Senior Manager in Malaysian premiere investment regional bank from 2002 till now. He was a Senior Consultant in specialty practices unit which undertook management consultancy task for many local and international clients while with the regional bank, he is a senior manager for the Strategic Management division. Currently he is a Director at one of the top Regional Banks in Malaysia and heading and undertaking a unit under the Group Resources for the regional activities. He’s also a committee member of Malaysia- Singapore Business Council and Malaysia-Indonesia Business Council.

MR. MALIK BIN AHMAD - Business Development & Supply-Chain Coordinator
His 21 years’ experience with MISC (Malaysia International Shipping Corporation) and graduated from the University Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). He’s also holding a Professional Certificate in Management from University of Melbourne, Australia. He’s experiences in Ship Management for managing of 120 vessels activities world-wide. Managing the bunker fuel and lubricant supply-chain, before moving towards to oil trading business by his owned company for 10 years SHELL and PETRONAS dealership. His vast experience, knowledge and networking in marine and oil & gas business will help OZ75 in developing the business networking.

MR. FAUZUL FIRDAUS - Regional Director, Indonesia Representative & Trade Office
He was started his career since 2002 with Chevron Texaco, Indonesia as Geophysicist Trainee before then he joined Schlumberger in Brazil till 2006 and USA (2007). In charge as lead operation engineer to run MWD/LWD tools and equipment and FPWD tools in Gulf of Mexico. He’s well experienced in offshore engineering and then backs to Indonesia and takes lead for a few local projects in offshore engineering before he diverted to downstream activities with PT. USAHA MITRA ABADI as Managing Director on 2016. His educational background at Louisiana State University (USA-2007) in Master Degree in Business Administration, which before that he was in Institute of Technology, Surabaya for Bachelor Degree in Physics (2003). He’s now engaged as PT. OZINDO director’s and shareholder’s, as OZ75 link-company in Indonesia for trade.

MR. ARIF RAHMAN - Commercial Director, Singapore Representative & Trade Office
He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in political science and economics. He started his career in shipping within the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore before joined OW Bunker as a trader and moving on towards AFCO energy doing business development for the Myanmar market for gasoil and LPG and based oil. He started the offshore desk at BMS United where he set up the supply chain flows with suppliers in Malaysia and Indonesia for the delivery of cargoes for clients. These included cargo offtakes to blenders in Malaysia as well as land diesel suppliers in Indonesia. Recently he was with FGE where he was a consultant focusing ASEAN clients, with a product focus on Fuel oil moving towards IMO 2020 as well as working strategy projects for the setup of a base oil trading unit for PERTAMINA lubricants. The role was a mix of commercial business development as well as strong market analysis work to see key drivers within the industry which affects different product flow

MR. JOSHUA HOO - Trade Director, Mid-East & China Trade Relations
Graduated from University of London with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. His skill in Business development and experiences with a multiple Major Petroleum companies from China and Middle East started with joined the NGO in China to formulate annual strategy & budget plans for organization throughout China for 25 Youth Training Centers in 12 provinces (states). He then joined Taiko International Trading (Shanghai) as Business Development Manager before he joined Shanghai Xi Yan Co. Ltd as Business Partner and responsible in develops Oil and Gas products for Chinese traders & refineries, including Crude Oil, Mazut 100, Gasoline, CST, and Diesel etc. He also have a good networking with Middle-East Petroleum trading companies and represented Unitrade Labuan as Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur and Labuan specializes in trading Oil and Gas products from Middle East to Asia Pacific region, with products such as Base Oil, Rubber Process Oil, Synthetic Rubber, Bitumen, Methanol, LPG, HDPE, LDPE, Waxes, Lubricant etc.
